We are currently recruiting for dynamic individuals to join our Accident and Emergency department in Gillingham area, providing vital care to patients in critical situations.

Position: A&E Nurse
Location: Gillingham
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time
Shift Pattern: Rotational, including nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and provide urgent care to patients in the Accident and Emergency department.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay composed and decisive in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• A&E Nursing qualification or relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of emergency nursing care.
