Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests, including ECGs, echocardiograms, Holter monitoring, and stress tests.
- Assist in cardiac catheterisation and other invasive procedures.
- Provide detailed reports and collaborate with cardiologists to develop patient care plans.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cardiac Physiology, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on clinical training and experience in cardiac diagnostic procedures.
- Certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
