We are seeking experienced and dedicated Gynae Nurses to support Urogynae clinics in West Yorkshire.
Your expertise will be pivotal in helping us clear the backlog of patients and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying flexible working hours and competitive rates.
Key Details:
- Initial Commitment: 8 clinics, each with 7 patients per day (30-minute slots), covering a total of 54 patients.
- Potential Increase: Depending on demand, the number of clinics may be increased to 15.
- Flexible Hours: Clinics will be scheduled during weekends and evenings to accommodate patient needs and your availability.

Qualifications/Training
- Essential:
- Registered nurse
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Degree
Previous Experience
- Essential:
- Demonstrate good nursing skills
- Accept personal accountability for own practice
- Understanding of evidence-based practice
- Understanding of Clinical Governance
- Intermittent catheterisation
- Continence care
- Experience providing Gynaecology care
Skills
- Essential:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working as an integral member of a small team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations due to both workload and colleagues’ needs
- Ability to undertake teaching of staff and patients
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage own workload; effective time management
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Commitment to multidisciplinary working
- Desirable:
- Surgical/procedure assistant skills
- Counselling/communication skills to deal with sensitive care issues
- Knowledge of Gynaecology subspecialties
- Urodynamics certification
