National Locums are working on behalf on of an NHS trust based in Sussex looking for a locum Consultant in Stroke Medicine.
The Medicine department based within a trust in Sussex are looking for a Locum Consultant in Stroke Medicine to start in April for 1 month in the first instance.
Core working hours will be Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 with on-calls on a 1:5 weekends and 1:5 weekdays basis.
The job plan will be based on 10 PA’s to include 8 DCC’s and 2 SPA’s. The post will be covering daily work on HASU including attending stroke calls and assessing patients for thrombolysis/thrombectomy, TIA clinics, outpatient stroke clinics (including virtual and face to face appointments), daily board rounds and MDT’s, rehabilitation WR and MDT. These duties will be shared between colleagues to ensure continuity of patient care.
