Position: Locum SHO in Neonatal Intensive Care

Oncalls: No on-calls required

Hours per Week: 40 hours (including a mix of shift patterns; 9-5, long days, and nights)
Requirements: Up-to-date NLS certificate

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Locum Senior House Officer (SHO) in Neonatal Intensive Care to join our Level 3 NICU team in the Midlands. This temporary position starts immediately and runs until 23/08/24, with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill infants in the neonatal intensive care unit
• Support special care and transitional care services
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in a mix of shift patterns, including 9-5, long days, and nights

Requirements:

• SHO with relevant experience in neonatal intensive care
• Up-to-date NLS certificate
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
