Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialised nursing care and support to paediatric patients diagnosed with diabetes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualised care plans, and provide ongoing education to patients and families.
- Monitor blood glucose levels, administer insulin, and assist with diabetes management techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
- Specialist qualification or significant experience in paediatric diabetes nursing in community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
