National Locums are working on behalf on of a digital health company looking for a qualified non-medical prescribers on a remote basis.
Our client is a digital health company transforming health. They have built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes and doctor consultations.
They are in search of enthusiastic, motivated prescribers with a passion for digital health to join their growing team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Registration with the GPhC or NMC and experience in independent prescribing.
- Extensive experience working in a clinical patient facing setting such as primary care, secondary care or digital health.
- Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications including Wegovy and Mounjaro for obesity management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with perfect grammar and spelling
- A proven track-record of providing a good customer experience to patients
- The ability to work within a team but also to work autonomously in providing healthcare provisionment
- Excellent IT literacy and a history of working with electronic prescribing systems
- Passionate about delivering best in class patient care, exercising lateral thinking to overcome daily challenges
- Contribute to professional development and experiential learning
- A passion for telehealth, digital health and telemedicine
- A dynamic individual who is able to prioritise work tasks effectively
- Mandatory training including Safeguarding Adults L3, GDPR, information governance and autism awareness
