Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with established protocols
• Work in a professional environment alongside permanent nurses
• Assess and prioritise patient needs, create personalised care plans, and implement effective interventions in a range of setting.

Essential Attributes

Candidates wishing to be considered for this position must:

• Have a minimum of 6 months of NHS hospital experience in the UK
• Be effective working in a fast-paced, dynamic team
• Full time UK Right to work Visa status
